Program Fee and Inclusions

Tuition Fee: €4.250

This price covers the complete program experience, including all musical and academic components. This includes all lessons and classes (private lessons, master classes, workshops, and optional courses), work with accompanists, and both concert performances and admission to all program events. Additionally, full-board accommodation and cultural immersion are included. This comprises comprehensive full-board lodging, daily French language immersion with expert instructors, cultural workshops and interactive community activities, morning or evening yoga sessions, and local transportation.

Application and Payment Details

Application Fee

  • A non-refundable €60 application fee is required with your application.
  • If you apply before April 1st, this €60 will be applied toward your tuition.
  • Applications received after April 1st will be considered only if space allows and will incur a €60 late application fee.

Exclusions & Deposit

  • The fee does not include airfare.
  • A €1.000 deposit is required upon official acceptance into the program.

How to Apply (3 Simple Steps)

2. Pay the Application Fee

  • Pay the non-refundable €60 application fee. Payment instructions are on the application form.

3. Submit a Work Sample

  • Send an email with a short video of one or two pieces from your current repertoire to fsmy@yxie.fr. You can send the video file or a link (YouTube/Vimeo).

Note on Sightseeing: Sightseeing tours are mandatory for students under 18 years old (unaccompanied minors) but are optional for students over 18.s under 18 years old (unaccompanied minors) but are optional for students over 18.

Accomodation

France Summer Music YXIE offers accommodation to its participants in the Chateau with double or triple-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms and free WiFi. Buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are provided. Student Counselors will also reside in the Chateau and assist participants.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

  • A non-refundable application fee of €60 along with the complete application, including the signed Agreement for Participation and Rules of Conduct is due on the day of application.
  • A Program Fee Deposit of €1.000 is due on the day of application
  • The Total Fee Balance is due by June 1, 2026.

Please note: The Insurance for Musical Instruments is recommended but is not mandatory.

No refunds will be made by France Summer Music YXIE after June 15, 2026.
